- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆had ordered a license plate online and this was never sent to our address. went to this tag agency to have the tag printed out. they insisted on charging a replacement fee despite the fact that the tag was never mailed out in the first place (and us having paid online via the "convienent auto renewal system" and showing this receipt). finally went to another tag agency who told me they "print replacement plates for free for people all the time when this situation arises" and it as simple as the agent at the desk clicking a box on their computer that says "waive fee." I understand these are independently owned and operated businesses in OK, but this is rubbish...total waste of time. Don't waste your time here.By Unhappy Customer, December 17, 2016
