- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆This place used to be really great. They'd help you with your claims, your policies, and any additional items you might need. They were never pushy but would recommend coverage if you asked. Now it's tough to get a person on the phone. They don't return calls, they don't answer the phone sometimes, and getting them to return an email is like trying to fight Obamacare. It's gotten ridiculous.
