- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I agree with one of the other reviewers; very inadequate. I called, was told someone, probably Ms. Hanson, would get back within a few days, after an extensive number of questions. No one got back. I followed up. Got an excuse as to why. Yesterday, practically a month later, a call back [not from Ms. Hanson, as she was referred to in the 3rd person during the conversation; the person calling didn't identify herself] telling me they couldn't help me. No apology for taking so long to get back.. Bottom line: lousy customer service and someone needing assistance would do well to look elsewhere.By Robert Saitta, January 27, 2017
