  First time in our new location in North Edmond, waited 20+minutes in the line to pull out money only to be greeted my someone that didn't apologize for the wait nor asked my how I was today. THEN after 5 or so minutes he began to count back my money a lady on the office to the left came by me with "YOU NEED TO TAKE OFF UR HAT" I said "excuse me" she said "YOU NEED TO TAKE YOUR HAT OFF" I said to her "let's start with "Hello mama welcome to TrueSky I apologize for you wait as well as any inconvenience this might cause you, however due to our banking policies we will need you to not wear a hat for security reasons I will need to you please remember this on your next visit" she replied "YOU MUST TAKE OFF YOUR HAT, ITS OUR RULES" I said "I don't take my hat off, nor did I need to do so at the bank I just left. And for this reason I would like to close this account and take my money somewhere else". She then walked away from me. So today my husband is inside closing this account cause I can't bare to she her rude face. NO I will not recommend or send family/friends here, NO I won't give another chance, NO I will not chance my mind. I will tell u that customer service is priority in any business, I wouldn't never talk to anyone like that who walked into my business doors.....

  In the drive thru today I sent inside two deposits, clearly marked with both account numbers clearly written on both the deposit slips and the checks I was depositing. The incredibly rude woman working the drive thru started asking questions about there being two different accounts, but was speaking very low. When I asked her to repeat, she sighed heavily and repeated in a very condescending tone, and it turns out that her questions were pointless. She claimed she needed to "confirm" two different accounts, even though everything was very clearly marked. Then she asked about how long it's been since my account had activity, when she can clearly see how long it's been. Instead of explaining why (I still don't know the reason) she said "it's been dormant for awhile- I need your ID." How is True Sky ok with these types of personalities representing their business? This teller has been rude to me every single time I've come in, including at their old location. I'll be moving both of my savings account shortly, and will make sure everyone I know is aware of the level of "customer service" True Sky provides

  I banked with FAA CU for years and had no issues. Since True Sky has started, I am anything but satisfied with how they do business. I will not recommend this business to anyone.
