- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible customer service I wouldn't rate them a single star but have no choice. .I called the bank at noon and requested to give me the details behind not crediting our money into our account that was refunded by the airlines as we canceled the tickets ?..I keep getting words from them saying they will give me a call back and never returned my call so I called them around 5 PM and still they don't have any information or idea about what was told to me ...they again said sorry they have been busy with the customers (what am i? Am I a non customer?) And on top of what was said I still don't get any resolution behind why my money was not credited in to our account. This call was after a 2 weeks we went in there personally and checked with them and they said that it is pending transaction and they will deposit into our account next or the day after that. Nothing came even after two weeks and so we wanted to check and ask the reason, which let us to call them and it's very disturbing the way they handle their customer and very unprofessional.
